Doing the work

I love to support people in living, organizing and working together with more intention, care and ethical alignment. Some of my favorite things to work on:

Intention and values definition for individuals, collectives and organizations;
Social equity and inclusion strategies, protocols and designs for groups and organizations, with an power-critical, transformative, intersectional approach;
Empathy and interpersonal communication and collaboration, with a focus on decolonizing non-violent communication and building cultures of care for when harm happens;
Practices for more socially equitable organizing, including inclusive facilitation, consensus decision-making and teamwork within diverse teams.
